3. Purchases and Payment

Courses

All digital course sales are final. Due to the immediate access provided to our digital content and intellectual property, we do not offer refunds for any course purchases. Course access is granted for the duration specified on the sales page (e.g., 90, 180 days).

Consultations

Consultations must be paid in full at the time of booking. To reschedule, you must provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or "no-shows" at the time of appointment, will result in forfeiture of the full consultation fee. Refunds are not provided for services already rendered.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, such as courses, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Intellectual Property
