Account & General

You can create an account by clicking the "Sign Up" button on the top navigation bar. You will need to provide your name, email, and a password. You will then receive an OTP to your email to verify your account.

On the "Login" page, you will find a "Forgot Password?" link. Click this, enter your email address, and we will send you a link to reset your password.

Yes, absolutely. We take data privacy seriously. Your password is encrypted (hashed) in our database, and we will never share your personal information with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

Consultations & Bookings

First, navigate to the "Consultancy" page. Select the service you are interested in, such as "Astrology Consultation." On the detail page, fill out the "Book This Consultation" form, and our team will contact you via email to schedule your appointment and arrange payment.

"Astrology Consultation" (like Lal Kitab or Natal Charts) focuses on your personal life path, career, health, and relationships based on your birth chart. "Vastu Consultancy" focuses on the energy and layout of your physical space, such as your home or office, to improve prosperity and peace.

A standard consultation is 30 minutes, as noted in our "Book Your Meeting" section. This provides ample time to get solutions to your problems in a single call.

Courses & Payments

Navigate to the "Courses" page, select the course you wish to buy, and click the "Enroll Now" or "Buy Now" button. This will take you through our secure (simulated) checkout process.

Each course has a set access duration (e.g., 90 days). After this period, you will no longer be able to view the course content in your "My Learnings" dashboard. You would need to re-purchase the course to regain access.

Due to the digital nature of our courses and the time invested in personal consultations, we generally do not offer refunds. Please see our "Refund Policy" page for full details, or contact us if you have a specific issue.
